The product

The Deep Report is a one-time digital purchase of ₹299 (inclusive of applicable taxes). It unlocks immediately after a successful payment and remains available to your account permanently. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges — nothing to cancel.

When we refund

We will issue a full refund if your payment succeeded but the report failed to unlock, or if you were charged more than once for the same unlock.

Digital content

Because the report is digital content delivered instantly, we generally cannot refund a purchase that unlocked successfully. If you believe there was an error, write to us — we review every request fairly.

How to request

Email support@pulselens.health from the email address on your account, including the approximate date of purchase. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
